What is Handball?
Each team playing the game of handball consists of 7 people. It is an official sports game played in 150 countries. The main principle of the game of handball is to make a throw by jumping. A Handball player aims to throw the ball into the opposing team's goal by jumping and piston-like movements.

How to Play Handball?
In the first years when handball was played, it was played in teams of 11 players. However, in today's handball game, the number of team players has been reduced to 7. Instead of grass pitches, handball has turned into a sports activity played from sports halls today.

The main goal in the game of handball is to score a goal against the opponent's goal. One of the most basic movements of the game of handball is to throw the ball by hand.
